Micro yet Mighty – Easter at CAT

At CAT this Easter we are celebrating all things Micro Yet Mighty, 8th – 23rd April.

This Easter holiday, we invite you and your family to re-discover the overlooked, marvel at the miniscule and explore the world in close-up. Shifting our perspective back to how it was when we were small enables us to re-discover the world in detail and make new connections with the complex environments that we belong to.

At CAT this Easter, we invite you to join our kids’ activities, tours and trails to celebrate our intricate connection to the natural world. Get creative with our hands-on kids’ activities and bounce into life with our Micro yet Mighty Easter Trail.

Our guided outdoor tours will take you on a journey of discovery through the grounds and the special natural landscape that CAT nestles within. Take your time and explore one of our trails. The Zero Carbon Britain trail will show you how to enjoyably live in a world with reduced emissions; the Pulse Trail demonstrates  farming and eating habits that impact less on the environment; and the Quarry Trail is our new walk around the perimeter of the site with amazing views out towards the Snowdonia National Park.

With over 40 years of experience in sustainability practice and 7 acres of hands-on displays CAT inspires thousands of visitors each year. With a rich programme of evening and holiday events including live music, talks, exhibitions and more keep an eye on the CAT website for our latest news, seasonal opening times and prices.
